Tennessee Walker Hound
Name That Hound Contest
As we get to know this young boy, he will tell us his name. Will you help name him? You won't win anything other than having the pleasure of coming to know him; a "work in progress" so to speak.
In the meantime, he is not yet ready for adoption. I am posting now to generate interest, and to allow our followers the wonderful experience of seeing one of our rescues "come into himself".
As you can see he is afraid, and skittish with people. He is good with dogs, and I'm anticipating our pack will help him learn that humans can be loving too. Their introductions were flawless.

Dozer
SKDR's latest addition: Dozer. He is a beautiful, neutered, Senior Brindle Boxer mix. He is friendly, house trained, walks on a leash, is calm & quiet. He knows a few basic commands also. He loves all critters he has met; people, dogs and cats alike. He is looking for a peaceful retirement home, one willing to give love and accept his love in return. Dozer is very laid back, well mannered, and UTD. Help with needed medicatiions may be available for his perfect new Family. He would be a great addition to a loving home.
